Get Up Off Your Lazy Ass and Get To The Gym……

So today I started going to the gym again.  I had taken two months off…….due to some injuries and the surgery I just had.  I decided that I would get up early in the morning and go before I go to work, rather than going after work.  That way it won’t cut into my after work – time to relax- time….and also the gym is far less busy at 6 am then it is at 6pm.  I am going to try to go atleast 4 days outta the week.  This morning I was up at 5:40 and out the door by 5:50, and then stayed at the gym until 6:45.  hopefully I will have the motivation to do that again tomorrow….LOL!
